- How much does Lot OS cost?
- $60 per month, flat. One plan, every feature included. There are no tiers, no setup fee, no per-user charges, and no contract.
- Is there a contract or setup fee?
- No. Lot OS is billed month-to-month with no setup fee, and you can cancel at any time.
- How do I cancel?
- Anytime — there's no contract and no cancellation fee. Hit "Manage billing" in your dashboard to cancel yourself in the Stripe portal; your subscription ends at the current billing period.
- What's included today?
- A dealer website on your own forge614.com address, an inventory manager with photo uploads and VIN decode, a leads inbox, customer records, a BHPH payment tracker, a dashboard, and Stripe-powered billing. Features still in progress — like CSV import, custom domains, texting, deal paperwork, listing-site feeds, and reports — are on the roadmap and labeled as such.
- Does the BHPH payment tracker move money?
- No. It's record-keeping only — you log the schedule and the payments you collect, and Lot OS keeps the book straight. It never processes, holds, or transfers money.
- Can I use my own domain?
- Not yet. Every site launches on a {lot}.forge614.com address today. Custom-domain connect is on the roadmap.
- What about custom web or creative work?
- The old agency website tiers are retired. Forge 614 still takes on a limited amount of custom web, video, and 3D-printing work — contact us and we'll scope it together.
