What's included in the monthly price?
Every plan includes a custom domain, hosting with SSL, SSL certificate, lead capture forms, and your own admin portal where you can manage content and view submissions. Higher tiers add a blog/CMS, e-commerce capabilities, analytics dashboards, and custom integrations.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes — there are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your admin portal. If you cancel, you'll retain access to your site through the end of your billing period.
How fast is the typical response time for updates or support?
Standard turnaround on content updates is 2–3 business days. Pro plan customers get priority turnaround (usually within 24 hours). For urgent issues like site downtime, we respond within 4 hours regardless of plan.
Do I own my domain and content?
Absolutely. You retain full ownership of your domain name and all content on your site. If you ever decide to leave, we'll help you export everything and transfer the domain to a new provider at no extra cost.
