What apps are included in Forge Apps?
Eight core apps: Shop CRM (work orders, customer history), Parts Inventory, Customer Portal (booking, status updates, e-sign), Quotes & Invoicing, Dealer Leads CRM, Website Builder, Fleet Manager, and OBD-II Diagnostics. You can use all of them or pick just the ones you need.
Can I cancel my Forge Apps subscription?
Yes — there's no long-term contract. You can cancel or change your app selection at any time. Your data is yours: we'll help you export everything before your access ends.
What kind of support is available?
All plans include email support with same-business-day responses. Onboarding includes a 30-minute setup call. For custom builds and enterprise deployments, we offer priority support with dedicated Slack channels and faster response times.
Is Forge Apps available now or still in development?
Forge Apps is launching in Q3 2026. You can join the waitlist today and we'll notify you as soon as your workspace is ready. Early adopters get discounted pricing and priority onboarding.
