- How much does Lot OS cost?
- Lot OS pricing is based on rooftop volume. Small lots (up to 50 cars/mo) are $99/mo. Medium operations (up to 100 cars/mo) are $199/mo. Large dealerships (over 100 cars/mo) are $499/mo. Every tier includes all core apps — no per-app upcharges.
- What apps are included in Lot OS?
- Eight core apps: Shop CRM (work orders, customer history), Parts Inventory, Customer Portal (booking, status updates, e-sign), Quotes & Invoicing, Dealer Leads CRM, Website Builder, Fleet Manager, and OBD-II Diagnostics. You can use all of them or enable only the ones you need.
- Can I try Lot OS before committing?
- Yes — we offer a 14-day free trial on any plan. No credit card required. Onboarding includes a 30-minute setup call where we configure your lot, import customer data, and train your team. If you decide it's not a fit, your data is exported at no charge.
- Is Lot OS available outside the US?
- Currently Lot OS is available in the United States with US-based hosting and support. International availability is planned for Q1 2027. Contact us if you're outside the US and we'll add you to the waitlist.
- Can I cancel my Lot OS subscription?
- Yes — there is no long-term contract. You can cancel at any time from your admin portal. Your data is yours: we'll help you export everything including customer records, inventory history, and work orders before your access ends.
- What kind of support does Lot OS include?
- All plans include email support with same-business-day responses. Onboarding includes a 30-minute setup call. For enterprise deployments (over 250 cars/mo), we offer priority support with a dedicated Slack channel and faster response times.
- Does Lot OS integrate with my existing tools?
- Lot OS offers integrations with common DMS platforms, accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero), and payment processors. Our OBD-II module works with standard Bluetooth adapters. Custom integrations are available on our Enterprise plan.
